According to the National Center for Seismology, an earthquake of magnitude 4.3 occurred 135 km south-southeast of Fayzabad, Afghanistan, at 6:47 am on Monday (NCS).

Afghanistan is affected by a 4.3-magnitude earthquake

A 4.3-magnitude earthquake that occurred on February 13 at 6:47:53 IST was located 100 kilometers southeast of Fayzabad, Afghanistan, according to a tweet from NCS on Monday.

This is the country’s second earthquake in a month.

According to the National Center for Seismology, an earthquake of magnitude 4.2 occurred earlier on January 22 at 9:04 am IST 79 kilometers south-southeast of Fayzabad, Afghanistan (NCS).
