Several cities in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan, including Islamabad, as well as other places in India, felt the earthquakes.
An earthquake measuring 6.8 on the Richter scale occurred in Afghanistan, 77 kilometers south-east of Faizabad, according to preliminary information provided by EMSC.
In addition to this, vibrations from an earthquake were detected in Lahore, Quetta, and Rawalpindi.
They emerged from their homes reciting Kalima Tayyaba, terrified and apprehensive. Moreover, in India, there were severe earthquakes reported by residents of many states in the northern belt.
