The Bhadrapur Jhapa Gold Cup is being held for the first time with the support of the Bhadrapur municipality and features A Division league clubs as well as international teams.

A budget of 30 lakh rupees has been allocated by the Bhadrapur Municipality for the Gold Cup in the current financial year. The winners of the tournament will be awarded 13 lakh rupees, while the runners-up will receive six lakhs.
Additionally, a cash prize of 25 thousand rupees will be given to the best goalkeeper, best defender, best midfielder, best forward, and best coach of the tournament. The man of the match for each game will also be rewarded with Rs 20,000 in cash.
