Nepali Congress leader Chandra Bhandari, who was injured by burns, has been taken out of Kirtipur Hospital to be taken to Mumbai, India for further treatment.
He is being taken to the airport in an ambulance from Kirtipur Hospital.
He will be taken to the well-equipped National Burns Center in Mumbai for treatment by Shree Airlines flight from the airport.
Norvic Hospital is going to manage the medical team on the flight, which will be taken in an air ambulance. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, a team of 6 doctors will be on the flight from Norvic.
MP Bhandari and his mother Harikala were seriously injured in a house fire in Buddhanagar on Wednesday night. Harikala died this morning during treatment.
