Friends Club has registered its first victory in Shahid Smarak A Division League football of the new season.
Friends registered their first victory by defeating Jawalakhel Youth Club limited to 10 players 2-1 in the fourth round match held at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar on Tuesday.
Rafiq aminu and captain Prakash Budhathoki scored one goal each to give victory to Friends, while Fode Fofana of Jawalakhel returned one goal.

In the 19th minute of the game, Rafiq aminu scored a goal and gave Friends the early lead.
After captain Prakash scored in the 40th minute, Friends were leading 2-0 in the first half.
Then, in the 87th minute of the game, Fode Fofana of Jawalakhel scored a goal through a penalty, but Friends won 2-1.
In the injury time of the game, after captain Simant Thapa received a red card with a double yellow card, Jawalakhel was limited to 10 players.
Rafiq from Friends was attacked with elbows and fought on the field. Referee Vishwas Karki showed him a red card and sent him out of the field.

With the first win, Friends have collected 4 points from 4 games. On the other hand, Javalakhel, which suffered its first defeat in the fourth game, has collected 7 points in 4 games.
The winner of the double round robin league will get a cash prize of 75 lakhs along with a trophy, while the runner-up will get 50 lakhs and the third runner-up will get 25 lakhs.
Similarly, the winner of each match will get 50,000 cash match win fee, while in case of a tie, the two clubs will get 25,000-25,000 rupees. 10,000 prize money is given to the man of the match of each match.
The most valuable player of the league will get Rs 3 lakh, the top scorer and the best goalkeeper will get Rs 2 lakh and the emerging player will get Rs 150,000. Similarly, Fair Play Club will receive 3 lakh cash prize.
