Nepal Government sent 22 tons of relief material to Turkey

The government of Nepal has sent the first batch of relief materials for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey.

The government of Nepal has sent the first batch of relief materials for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, more than 22 tons of relief materials were sent to Turkey this afternoon.

It includes medicine, medical equipment, baby clothes, and other essential materials.

Turkey has been badly affected by the powerful earthquake that occurred last Monday. About 30,000 people have died in Turkey and Syria, according to international media.

Soon after, the meeting of the National Council for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management held at the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers office on February 8 decided to send essential materials and health workers to Turkey.
