In the U-19 World Cup Asia qualifiers, Nepal defeated Kuwait by 243 runs after skipper Dev Khanal and Arjun Kumal each got hundreds.
Kuwait has been restricted to 100 runs while attempting to reach the 344-run objective set by Nepal.
For Kuwait, Kishore Bhai Hinsu scored 16, Yusuf Shalik scored 19, and Christopher Saldhana scored 26. Several athletes were unable to score even ten.

Akash Chand got six wickets for Nepal, and Hemant Dhami and Dipesh Kandel each took two.
Before to this, Nepal, who had won the toss and elected to bat, amassed 343 runs while losing 7 wickets. Dev Khanal, Nepal’s captain, scored 125 runs. In 117 balls, Khanal scored nine fours and three sixes.
Arjun Kumal too scored 108 runs. Out of 112 balls, he hit 12 fours. For Nepal, Akash Tripathi, Subhas Bhandari, and Deepak Kandel each scored two runs, while Bishal Bikram KC scored 23 runs, Deepak Prakash Dumre scored 20, Deepak Bohora scored 19, and Deepak Bohora scored 13.
Shahil Kazmi, Henry Thomas, and Heber Ali each got two wickets for Kuwait, while Maheshwar Kumar Mehta and Maheshwar Ali each took one.
On Friday, Nepal trounced Singapore by 96 runs in the opening game. On Monday, Nepal will play their following game against Hong Kong.
