The match will take place at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

Scotland defeated Namibia by 10 wickets on Wednesday to go to the championship game.

Scotland played 33 ODIs in total, winning 23 of them and losing the other eight. It has 48 points, leading the group. The 2019 ODI season began.

It will now compete in two games against Nepal and one against Namibia. On February 14, Nepal defeated Namibia by two wickets in a game that went down in history.

The Nepali national cricket team was coached by Monty Desai. It has played 25 games in all, winning nine and losing 14 of them.

It still has 11 more matches to play. With 20 points, it is ranked sixth overall.

In the series, each side will compete in four games. When the League 2 cycle (from August 2019 to March 2023) is through, each team will have played 36 games.

Out of the 11 games left to play, Nepal has to win eight of them.

Now, in order to save its One-Day International (ODI) status, it must win the remaining games.

To receive the ODI status, a team must be positioned in the fifth spot. In the 2018 ICC World Cup Qualifier, it received the ODI status for the first time.

Its ODI status expires in July of this year. Oman finished second with 44 points out of a possible 36 after winning 21 and losing 13.

Similarly, Namibia, which has played 32 matches so far, is ranked third with 37 points after winning 18 and losing 13.

The United States of America finished the 36 matches it played in fourth place with 35 points after winning 16 and losing 17.

Additionally, the United Arab Emirates, which has played a total of 26 matches, is ranked fifth overall with 27 points after winning 12 and losing 11 of those games.
