Nepal vs Singapore: Nepal has set Singapore a goal of 262 runs in the ICC U-19 World Cup Asia Zone Qualifications.

Nepal achieved 261 runs in 50 overs after winning the toss and electing to bat first at Irden Garden Oval in Ajman, UAE. They lost seven wickets in the process.

For Nepal, top-order batsman Akash Tripathi and all-arounder Bishal Bikram KC performed admirably. Tripathi scored 78 runs with 7 fours and 1 six off of 100 balls. KC stayed undefeated with 63 runs off 54 balls that included 4 fours and 2 sixes.

Similarly, Arjun Kumal was bowled out after getting 37 runs off 67 balls with three fours, while skipper Dev Khanal was also dismissed after scoring 21 runs off 26 balls with one four.

Deepak Bohora got 17 runs off 15 balls with two fours in the opening game. Deepak Dumre, the wicketkeeper, provided 10 runs, while Milan Bohora supplied 4 runs. With 12 runs, Subas Bhandari remained undefeated.

In addition to Nepal, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait are competing. The winner will qualify for the 2024 U19 World Cup in Sri Lanka.
