At Ratnanagar Municipality-9, Chitwan, a rhino assaulted a 60-year-old man this morning, killing him.
Rhino attack in Chitwan
The dead is Chandra Bahadur Tamang, 60, according to Ganesh Prasad Tiwari, the Chitwan National Park’s information officer.
At approximately 6:00 this morning, as Tamang was out for a stroll, a rhino attacked him close to the Lalparsa neighborhood in Ratnanagar.

In the current fiscal year, wild animal assaults have claimed the lives of five people in the Chitwan area.
