The ruling Rastriya Prajatantra Party holds the Central Executive Committee meetings.
The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), the ruling party, is holding a meeting of its central executive committee today. The meeting, which will take place at the Central Office in Dhumbarahi this afternoon, will address the current political situation, the party’s upcoming programs, and the next central executive committee meeting.
RPP Spokesperson Mohan Shrestha stated that the meeting was called amidst confusion over the appointment of the Home Minister. The RPP has remained silent on the issue so far.

As of now, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda has not appointed the Home Minister after the previous holder, Rabi Lamichhane of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, resigned following a Supreme Court decision on his citizenship.
