At Saptari, the Armed Police Force (APF) of Nepal detained a person who was carrying a gun.
Sonu Rai, 28, of Chinnamasta Rural Municipality-2 in Saptari was detained by APF officers stationed at BOP Tilathi in the border region of Tilathi Koiladi Rural Municipality-1, Khado Khola, Saptari. Sonu Rai was traveling from India to Nepal.
An automatic weapon with a magazine was reportedly discovered tied with an elastic band around the waist, according to the police.
