– The brown spots on the leaves of the money plant are caused by the fungus. For this, you should mix sand or cocopeat in the soil of the pot and pick off the leaves with brown spots and throw them away.
– If the money plant is planted in a hanging basket, it can be mixed with soil, compost, weeds and cocopeat. The weight of the hanging basket is not heavy when mixed with cocopeat.
– Over watering is the biggest enemy of money plant. So water should be given only once in the morning.
– All types of money plants should not be placed in direct sunlight. A little shadow and a corner is good for this, but it should not be completely dark. Its soil does not dry out quickly when kept in the shade. It should be understood that water is needed when the soil of the pot is dry.
– In case of insects in the money plant, once in 10 days, mix 5 ml of neem oil with one liter of water and spray the plant. Apart from that, you can mix 5 spoons of dishwashing soap in 3 liters of water and spray it on the affected area. This is a natural method.
– Spray water on the money plant in summer, so that the leaves do not wither.
– Money plant should be pruned from time to time to make it look thicker. As a result, side branches emerge from the plant and the plant begins to grow thick.
– The pot of money plant should be left for a few days and rotated a little. As a result, the plant gets light from all sides and grows evenly.
