The names Sita Rana Magar, Indu Barma, Kabita Kunwar, and Asmina Karmacharya have been recommended for the league along with Rubina Chhetri, the captain of the national women’s team.

The Acting Secretary of CAN, Durgaraj Pathak, informed that the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) has recommended the names of five players for the league and sent them to the Indian Cricket Board.

In the Women’s Premier League, the board of the respective country recommended the names of the players and sent them. As there is a quota for players from associate countries in the league, this is a good opportunity for our players too,” said Pathak.
