Yubaraj Lama is the chair of the Nepal Karate Federation’s ad hoc committee of the central working committee.
Lama, a former member-secretary of the National Sports Council, will oversee the central working group of 21 people.
Dawa Gurung, the acting chair of the Federation’s departing central working committee, is now co-chair of the newly established committee.

The vice-chair, general secretary, and joint general secretary are Purendra Bikram Lakhe, Hari Sharan KC, and Om Krishna Prasain, respectively.
Shyam Sherpa and BR Mitra are the secretaries, and Sanu Lal Shrestha is the treasurer.
Tanka Lal Ghising, member secretary of the National Sports Council, handed over the nomination letter to the newly constituted working committee members on Thursday.
Within three months, the team should assemble its general assembly and have elections, as well as create its law.
Ghising stated that Lama was tasked with realizing the historical necessities of the moment.

Similarly, Lama promised to go forward while keeping the interests of athletes and organizations in mind, and that elections will be held in a free and fair way within three months.
